SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the JARVIS SMS notification program (the “Program”) operated by Matt Peretz. By opting in to receive text messages from the Program, you agree to these Terms.

Program summary: JARVIS sends the account owner informational text notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

1. Program Description

The Program delivers informational, non-marketing text notifications to the account owner from a personal automated assistant, including time-sensitive alerts (such as market/stock alerts and flagged emails), daily schedule briefings, and end-of-day summaries.

2. Opt-In & Consent

You enroll in the Program by providing your mobile number and enabling SMS notifications within the service. By doing so, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency is recurring and varies with activity — many messages are event-driven and are sent only when a qualifying event occurs (for example, an alert or a scheduled daily summary).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Program itself carries no separate fee. We are not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from the Program. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages, unless you opt back in. You may re-enroll at any time by re-enabling SMS notifications.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is supported across major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Information collected in connection with the Program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or terminate the Program, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date above. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
